Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. Clean and very well kept up. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach and the staff tried to keep ahead of it but it was very windy the week we were there.

The hotel is older but it is well maintained and you can tell it is loved. Fresh paint and things are kept up. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The staff takes you to your room and explains the set up on tv and the amenities. The food was very reasonably priced and tasted great! Our room was on the ground/sand level which was fun! They have a broom and dust pan in the room for a quick cleanup. The bed could use a topper or replaced though. And a mat inside the door for the sand would be nice.

Affordable, no frills hotel. If you want a hotel just for sleeping it is sufficient, if you want one with activities and night life this one is not for you.

Our experience at this property was amazing. It was quiet,clean and nice hot water to shower. Staff was great and specially Glen at the bar. I think that’s his name. He went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. Everyone was friendly. The view from my room was amazing. Thank you all at Caribbean villas. We left with the best experience ever

Proximity to San Pedro and Dive facilities was good. Several food options nearby. While service was good the restaurant frequently ran out of some selections. The pier behind the hotel was in bad shape. Beach conditions were not good due to the accumulation of sea grass which was not the hotel's fault but seems like they could have a better means of clearing it. A couple guys with pitch forks and wheel barrels just couldn't keep up with the accumulation. But all things considered it was a beautiful Island and we had a great time.

Enjoyed this property except for the bed, it was super soft and gave us back aches. Other than that it was very nice.

Great property, friendly staff, and great coffee shop and bar/restaurant across the street. Would highly recommend. Also, go see happy man for all your tours! We did the reserve and shark alley and it went so smoothly and was so much fun. Pick up and drop off right from the dock on property.
If you stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Rustic accommodations with everything that you need. Staff were absolutely amazing and the Beach bar had great food! The staff there were incredible
